Threshold Coffee was born out of a simple but powerful idea we heard during a sermon at our church: stepping out of one arena into another. Threshold can also mean the level of intensity needed to create change. Whether it’s a new season of life, a new friendship, or just a new morning—coffee has a way of grounding us, connecting us, and helping us pause for a moment of warmth. Sometimes you have to step out to experience growth.

We love coffee and we love people. We believe the best moments happen over a good cup of something warm, with someone who sees you. That’s what we’re here for.

We craft every drink with care—featuring a locally roasted espresso blend, organic Holy Kakow syrups, and homemade lattes with no refined sugar—because what we serve matters. But even more than that, we strive to create a space (even on wheels!) that’s welcoming, joyful, and genuine.

At Threshold, we’re stepping into something more—a mission to love our neighbors well, one cup at a time.
